This is an all aluminum radiator custom built to replace an aluminum radiator core with plastic tanks / caps for a Caterpillar 16M Grader. The original radiator had some leaks in the core as well as a cracked plastic radiator tank. Caterpillar doesn’t offer replacement parts for this radiator so the only option is to buy or purchase a complete new radiator. So we gave our customer the option of having us build an all aluminum radiator which would eliminate the OEM plastic tanks. For all of your custom radiator, cooling system, and heat transfer needs give us a call. If you have a radiator that needs to be built bigger or simply provide more heat rejection we can do it. If you want to eliminate the plastic tanks and go all metal, we can do it.
