Here’s some pics of a damaged radiator from excessive pressure in the cooling system. If you look closely you can see the tubes are not only extremely bowed they are also blown up and no longer flat. This is possibly caused from a blown head gasket which allows the pistons to pump compression into the cooling system. This causes excessive pressure to be induced into the cooling system faster than the radiator cap can release the pressure.
