This is one of our custom and special built copper and brass bolt-on style radiators with a fan shroud with copper inlays for a high performance electric fan. We built this radiator and fan shroud for Steve Darnell of WelderUp / Welder Up for the 4BT Cummins diesel powered rat rod that he built for his show Vegas Rat Rods on the Discovery Channel. The radiator core is a high efficiency 4 Row Core with steel tanks that bolt to the core which is what makes it a bolt-on style radiator. We then fabricated the fan shroud and cut, hammered, and pounded some copper inlays to go with the copper scheme they put into the car. We also ground some reliefs in the steel bolt-on tanks to also go along with the reliefs they carried out on the rest of the rat rod build. We then mounted a high performance electric fan to pull lots of air through the radiator core to keep the hopped up 4BT Cummins diesel engine nice and cool.
