This is a custom high efficiency copper and brass 4-row radiator with an aluminum fan shroud to house a high performance electric fan that we built for Steve Darnell of WelderUp / Welder Up and his TV show Vegas Rat Rods that airs on the Discovery Channel. This particular rat rod is powered by a Dodge Chrysler Hemi V8 engine that produces plenty of heat for this radiator to dicipate. If you have a special build such as this rat rod or any other hard to cool vehicle that overheats or has an overheating problem please give us a call. We can build custom radiators out of aluminum with our custom aluminum welding and aluminum welding specialists. We can also, and prefer, to build radiators out of copper and brass with our skilled radiator benchmen that can run and operate a torch to flow and manipulate solder like a magician with magical ease. We also feature test tanks where we plug off and pressurize all of our radiators and submerge them under water in our test tanks to ensure they don’t leak.
