Deuce and A Half Military Vehicle Gas Tank with Varnished Fuel Cleaning

Here’s some before & after pics of a gas tank off of a Deuce and a half military truck. The fuel tank was heavily contaminated with varnished and rotten gas. After removing the sending unit we ran the tank in our thermal cleaning oven which bakes everything to dust inside & out. Once the tank is baked we steam clean it, then blast it, and then boil it out. We then perform any necessary repairs before testing to ensure there aren’t any leaks. We then finished it off with a fresh coat of paint.
