This is a set of 1961 Harley Davidson motorcycle aluminum cylinder heads that we performed a 3-angle valve job & surface on. The original old valve guides were worn out and galled so we removed the valve guides and pressed in some new ones. Once the new valve guides were installed we had to ream them to size for the valve stems of the new valves. We sandblasted the cylinder heads in our Zero sandblaster which not only cleans the heads up really well, it also gives aluminum a really nice and cool looking finish. Once we finished the valve job and surfacing we then assembled the heads with all new valves, new valve springs, new valve springs seats, new valve spring retainers, and new locks. We can perform this type of machine work in our full and complete machine shop here in Las Vegas, Nv. on any Panhead, Shovelhead, Evo, or any other motorcycle or small engine cylinder head. Performance machine work and accurate machining is what we do with every job.
