Here’s some pics of a 2007 Kawasaki KX450F aluminum cylinder head we rebuilt. The head had some bent valves which cracked the valve guides. We removed the cracked & broken valve guides & installed new valve guides. We then did a three angle valve job on the valve seats. The deck was then surfaced flat & square. After all the machining was done we assembled the head with all new valve stem seals, spring seats, valve springs, intake & exhaust valves, retainers & keepers/locks.
