This is a set of 855 Cummins Big Cam III cylinder heads that came in for a valve job and surface. The rocker boxes were also brought in to be cleaned and inspected. The engine was getting coolant into the oil and the crankcase so the mechanic removed the three individual cylinder heads. We will first get the heads boiled and cleaned in the hot tank. We will then magnaflux the three cylinder heads to see if we can see any visual cracks. If no visual cracks are detected we will then pressure test the heads to make sure there are no leaks in the heads or via the injector sleeves.
