This is an aluminum air-to-air cooler or charge air cooler we recently repaired and rebuilt for one of our mining customers. This is what we consider an A1 Radiator Repair as we left no stone unturned. This cooler is off of a DML drill rig for one of our mining customers. This air cooler helps to cool the Cummins diesel engine that powers the DML drill rig. The aluminum cooler was completely cleaned, flushed, repaired, & pressure tested. The hydraulic fan motor was leaking pretty bad so we replaced the original Parker hydraulic fan motor with a new unit. We painted the aluminum cooler black and the fan shroud assembly gray.
