This is a bolt-on radiator, charge-air-cooler intercooler, & oil cooler that came in for a clean and repair off of a Monaco Signature Series RV motorhome. The oil cooler was leaking is the main reason the coach was towed in for repair. Once we got a look at the radiator, oil cooler, and the air cooler it was evident that they are all badly damaged and leaking due to heavy fin erosion from salt exposure and corrosion. The radiator needs to be recored which means we will be manufacturing a new high efficiency core for it. The inlet and outlet radiator tanks as well as the side brackets will get thermal cleaned and then shotblasted before getting a good coating of new paint. Any bolt holes or rust corrosion will also be addressed and repaired as necessary as well. Both the aluminum oil cooler and the charge-air-cooler intercooler are leaking in the tubes of the cores as well so they both require new cores as well. For all of your RV, motorhome, and recreational vehicle cooling system, radiator, oil cooler, air cooler, and heat exchanger needs we are a complete and fully equipped Las Vegas radiator shop that can handle and address all of your cooling system and heat transfer needs. We see a lot of RV motorhome radiators and coolers that come in with similar problems off of several different makes of coaches including Fleetwood, Prevost, Newell, Winnebago, Foretravel, American Eagle, Bounder, Alpha, Beaver, Newmar, Kountry Star, Dynomax, Alpine, American Tradition, Lazy Daze, Jayco, MCI, Eagle Bus, Bluebird, Blue Bird, Country Coach, and Holiday Rambler just to name a few. It doesn’t matter if they’re powered by gasoline engines or diesel engines such as Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit, Mack, Volvo, Deutz, John Deere, or Navistar they all suffer from that same corrosion from salt whether it be from salt on the road during times of snow in the winter or simply salt moisture in the air from being near the ocean or salt water.
