Here’s some before & after pics as well as some progress pics of a radiator recore we did. The radiator is off of a 1980 Kenworth semi truck. This radiator has aluminum inlet & outlet tanks as well as aluminum side braces. The original radiator core was leaking in several tubes & heavily corroded internally. Our customer agreed to have us recore the radiator with a new high efficiency four row core. The aluminum tanks & side braces needed some welding as well as some extensive threaded bolt hole repairs.
