Here’s some pics of a Caterpillar OE plastic aluminum radiator & aftercooler cac for a 430F backhoe. Our customer asked us to build them a new radiator as a replacement wasn’t available. We fabricated some metal tanks to replace the original plastic tanks & soldered them to a new heavy duty copper brass radiator core. The aftercooler, or CAC, needed a new core so we cut the aluminum tanks off the old core, machined them to size & then welded them to a new dual core assembly.
