Here are some before & after pics of a smaller bolt-on radiator that we rebuilt for one of our fleet customers. The radiator came in with some leaking damage in the core from the fan blade exploding which flew into the fins & tubes. We completely disassembled the radiator & gave it a rod & repair. The damaged area of the core was repaired & dressed up cosmetically. After assembling the complete radiator we pressure tested it to make sure it is leak free & ready to go back to work.
