Here are some pics of a Komatsu 830E AC MESABI radiator that we picked up from a mine site for a complete repair & rebuild overhaul. All the individual MESABI radiator tubes we’re removed for cleaning, reconditioning & polishing. All the upper & lower rubber grommet seals were removed & the bores cleaned & polished for the installation of new seals. We then reinstalled all the tubes into the new rubber grommet seals & pressure tested the radiator to ensure it is leak free. On our trailer for delivery back to the mine site with the 830E radiator we reconditioned is a Caterpillar 834H Blade Stabilizer, or A-Frame, that we machined & rebuilt as well.
