Here are some pics of an aluminum bar-and-plate radiator for a Caterpillar D10T2 dozer. The radiator came in heavily plugged externally along with a leak. We steam cleaned the radiator inside & out before soaking it in our ultrasonic cleaning tank. After we got it all clean inside & out we pressure tested it to locate the leak. We then prepped the area of the leak & tig welded it to seal up & repair the leak. A final pressure test to ensure it is leak free was done before final cleaning, flushing, prepping & painting.
