Here are some pics of a Komatsu 830E haul truck radiator we overhauled. This radiator is a Mesabi with somewhere around fourteen hundred individual tubes. All the tubes were removed for cleaning, flushing, & polishing. The tanks & sideframes got a fresh coat of paint before all new upper & lower rubber grommet seals were installed. After all the reconditioned tubes get re-installed the radiator is pressure tested to ensure it is leak free & ready for another round of service.
