Here are some pics of a couple aluminum oil coolers we repaired. Both the compressor oil cooler as well as the hydraulic oil cooler were leaking in multiple areas. After getting the coolers internally flushed & thoroughly cleaned we prepped them for welding. After the leak areas were tig welded we pressure tested them at high pressure to ensure they have zero leaks.
