Here are some pics of a Hitachi EX5600-6 Shovel Radiator we’re in the process of rebuilding. The low-temp radiator half is all cleaned, painted, all new rubber grommet seals installed & the reconditioned tubes are getting installed. The high-temp radiator or HTC (high temperature cooler, or circuit) half will get underway after we get the LTC (low temperature cooler, or circuit) completed & separated for the pressure testing. All the copper MESABI radiator tubes for both radiators have been cleaned internally & externally as well as their ends buffed & polished. We’ll post more pics as this radiator rebuild progresses.
