Here are some pics of a MESABI radiator for a Komatsu 930E-5 haul truck we are rebuilding. This radiator has the less than desirable aluminum tubes in it. We prefer & recommend copper tubes as they are much more robust. The radiator came in leaking from a crack in one of the aluminum tubes. The leaking tube wasn’t on the face of the radiator so it was a bit difficult to pin point on the truck. We removed all the tubes for cleaning & reconditioning. All the bores have been cleaned & honed to a shine before installing all new upper & lower rubber grommet seals. We’ll post more after we get the LTC (Low-Temp Cooler) & HTC (High-Temp Cooler) radiator halves pressure tested & both units bolted together to make the complete radiator module assembly.
