Here are some pics of a Hitachi EX5600-6 Shovel Radiator we did a complete overhaul to. The radiator came in with some tubes leaking. The lower mounting feet, or pads, were warped & not flat where the radiator mounts to the machine. We cut & relaxed the mounting pads/feet, welded them back in place & added some gussets for extra strength. After all four radiator cores were rebuilt we carefully assembled both radiator halves (low-temp radiator half and high-temp radiator half) into complete radiator assemblies. After the radiators were completely assembled they both had to pass a low-pressure test & a high pressure test for one hour each.
