Here are some pics of a Caterpillar 793F haul truck radiator cooling package we picked up from one of our mining customers. The radiator itself is a Mesabi which we will do a complete rebuild to. All the individual tubes will be removed for reconditioning and all the rubber grommet seals will be replaced. Behind the grill are the two aluminum aftercoolers & the AC condenser which will be cleaned, repaired as needed & pressure tested. The hydraulic fan motor will be replaced along with all the rubber hoses and miscellaneous hardware. The Thermostatic Valve & Temperature Control Module will be replaced with the updated replacements. We’ll post more pics after we get the rebuild completed.
