Here are some before & after pics of a Caterpillar 777G water truck radiator we had in for a quick turn-around repair & rebuild service. This radiator is made with Cat’s aluminum AMOCS modular radiator cores, or sections. Each core section was cleaned, tested, repaired & re-pressure tested before final assembly of the complete radiator. After the complete radiator was assembled as one unit it was pressure tested to ensure there are no leaks.
