Here are some pics of a Komatsu 930E-5 haul truck radiator we’re rebuilding. This radiator is comprised of Mesabi’s aluminum tubes. These pics are all of the HTC (high temp circuit) radiator half. Each tube has been steam cleaned, soaked in our ultrasonic, & then both ends buffed to a polished finish for installation into the new rubber grommet seals. We’ll post more pics of the 2-row LTC (Low Temp Circuit) radiator as well.
