Here are some before & after pics of a Caterpillar 789C haul truck radiator we had in for a complete overhaul. This one came in with heavy fouling externally on the fins. Most of the build-up was petrified mud that was almost like concrete. We gave each folded core a rod & repair after a thorough cleaning in the ultrasonic cleaner. The complete radiator is back in like new condition & it’s ready for another round of service.
