Here’s a Caterpillar 793C haul truck radiator we picked up for cleaning & repair. The 793C radiator is made up of 60 individual Cat folded cores that are each completely rebuilt with a rod & repair. Each individual section is then pressure tested before getting assembled into the complete radiator assembly. After assembly the complete radiator is pressure tested as one unit.
