Here’s a couple of 4.2 liter Audi V8 cylinder heads we did a valve job & surface to. The heads came in due to excessive oil consumption. We found all the valve guides to be excessively worn as well as the stems of all the valves. We replaced all the valve guides before performing the valve job as well as all the valves prior to final assembly.
