Here are some before & after pics of a Cat 793C folded core radiator assembly we rebuilt. The Caterpillar folded core version of the 793C contains sixty individual folded radiator cores. Each section, or core, received a rod & repair with both brass tanks being removed for cleaning, reset & soldered back in place at both ends of each core. A final pressure test to make there aren’t any leaks & the completed radiator is ready for another round of service.
