This is a 505 cubic inch high performance big block Chevy engine we're building for a 1969 Chevy Chevelle. Here's a set of 327 small block Chevy V8 cylinder heads we did a three angle valve job & surface to. They're off an all numbers matching original 1963 Stringray Corvette. Here's some Ford Powerstroke diesel connecting rods that came in for reconditioning. These rods are tapered on the small ends. Because the wrist pin bushings are tapered they require special fixtures for removing & installing them. This is a cylinder jug & press together crankshaft that came in off of a Kawasaki motorcycle. We will be machining the plated cylinder for a sleeve from LA Sleeve, installing the sleeve, & then boring & honing the cylinder sleeve to the new Wiseco forged piston.
