Here's some flywheels that we have in for grinding & surfacing. The flywheel bolts to the crankshaft of an engine & transfers power through the clutch to the manual or standard transmission. This is a Ford small block V8 engine for a 1969 Mustang. We did the following work to it: Thermal Clean, Blast, Magnaflux, Measure, Inspect, Align Hone the housing bore, Surface & Square the decks of the block, Bore & Hone the cylinders for oversize pistons, Grind & Polish the crankshaft, Recondition the big ends [...]

Here's a 360 cubic inch Ford FE V8 engine we rebuilt for a 1974 F100. We outfitted the engine with a custom ground hydraulic roller camshaft & adjustable rocker arms. Here's a set of V8 Ford Powerstroke diesel connecting rods. The small ends are tapered where the wrist pin bushings go. We reconditioned the big ends, removed & replaced the tapered wrist pin bushings, bored them & then honed them to size.
