Here’s some pics of an aluminum radiator off of a portable Miller welder. The radiator came in leaking with the end fins pulled away from the tube & core. We cleaned the radiator & prepped it for welding. After we got the leak welded & sealed up we reattached the end fins to the core. [...]

Our customer called requesting a quick turnaround on repairing this cooler as they had two of their drill rigs down. A replacement cooler wasn't readily available so time was crucial. [...]

Here’s some pics of a cooling stack off of a Caterpillar 6060FS shovel. The cooling stack consists of the radiator & intercooler which bolt together for a complete drop-in cooling package.
