All sixty of the individual folded radiator cores, or sections, received a rod & repair. Each section was pressure tested individually before being assembled into the top & bottom tanks & side frames assembly. [...]

Here’s some progress pics on a Caterpillar 793F Mesabi Radiator Cooling Module that we are assembling. All the individual Mesabi radiator tubes were installed into the radiator with all new rubber grommet seals. After the radiator passed the pressure test we start installing the rest of the pieces & parts to complete the cooling module. [...]
