This is an older antique copper brass radiator out of a 1931 Chevy. The core is an old honeycomb type which are relatively delicate to work with. We removed & reset both the top & bottom tanks. While the tanks were removed we rodded each tube to make sure they're all clean & nice flowing. [...]

This is a Caterpillar 793F haul truck Mesabi radiator we're finishing the rebuild to. Each individual Mesabi radiator tube has been removed for cleaning & refurbishing. All the rubber grommet seals were removed so the tanks, or manifolds, could be cleaned & refurbished before the new grommet seals were installed. After pressure testing this one [...]
