The radiator came in with a flat, or continued, fin core which was plugged pretty hard within the fins externally. We ended up recoring the radiator with a high efficiency serpentine core. [...]

The copper core with black tanks is a pair of hydraulic oil coolers for a Hitachi EX5500 open pit mining shovel. The aluminum cooler with some black paint on it is an aftercooler for an Atlas Copco drill rig. [...]

Here’s some pics of a Mesabi shell-and-tube oil cooler heat exchanger we rebuilt. This oil cooler is for a Komatsu WA1200 loader. Each individual tube was removed for ultrasonic cleaning & reconditioning.
