This is an older industrial radiator for a piece of airport equipment. The original core was in bad shape with previous repairs. We recommended a recore to our customer & they gave us the approval. So a new heavy duty high efficiency core is being installed to bring this radiator back to better than new [...]

Here’s some pics of some parts of a Caterpillar 793C mining haul truck radiator going through our rebuilding process. The sixty individual folded radiator cores have had their brass tanks removed so the tubes could be rodded out before the tanks were soldered back in place. This is a Caterpillar 777F modular radiator we're finishing up the rebuild to. This one is another modular style radiator that was extremely plugged in the fins externally. The external plugging drastically reduced the air flow through the fins causing the truck to overheat in this summer heat. We got it all cleaned up & [...]
