Here's a class 8 semi truck radiator for a Freightliner we did a complete overhaul to. Bolt-on radiators get completely disassembled & the core goes in the ultrasonic & the tanks & side braces go in the oven for thermal cleaning. After blasting, the tanks are repaired & welded as necessary before priming & painting. [...]

Here's some random smaller repair jobs we have in the radiator shop. The radiator leaning against the orange door is for a 1965 Dodge Coronet. It just needed a rod & repair. The silver aluminum aftercooler CAC had cracked tubes in the original core so we did a re-core with a new stuffed tube core. [...]

Here's a Cat 793C mining haul truck radiator we did a repair & rebuild overhaul to. After final assembly we pressure test the radiator while submerging it in our test tank to ensure there are zero leaks. The radiator is back on one of our stands & ready for delivery for another round of service. [...]

Here's a Caterpillar 834H RTD (Rubber Tire Dozer) hardnose we completley rebuilt. The radiator inside the hardnose consists of ten AMOCS style cores (sections).
