This particular radiator has just under 1500 individual tubes altogether between the lo-temp and hi-temp radiator halves. Here are some before and after pics of a Caterpillar 834H rubber tire dozer radiator hardnose assembly we rebuilt. The hardnose is basically the grill shell that contains the radiator, aftercoolers, oil coolers, and AC condenser. This is a 1923 Durant Star radiator that came in with a lot of leaks. We ended up recoring it with a new core. The top and bottom tanks were pretty beat up so we straightened them up as much as we could without destroying them. The radiator is in good sound shape [...]

This is a load we picked up from one of our mining customers. The small radiator is a Caterpillar 16G grader folded core style unit. The orange radiator as well as all four of the hydraulic oil coolers are off of a Hitachi EX5500 shovel. They're all coming in for complete overhaul rebuilding [...]
