Here are some pics of a Caterpillar 789C haul truck, or dump truck, radiator we’re finishing up the repair & rebuild on. All fifty eight of the individual folded radiator cores received a rod & repair. Each radiator core, or section, was then individually pressure tested before being assembled into the tanks & sideframe assemblies. A final pressure test assures the complete radiator is leak free & that it’s ready for another round of service.
