Here are some pics of a Caterpillar 789C folded core radiator we had in for a repair & rebuild. The 789C Radiator has fifty eight individual folded radiator cores. Each core received a rod & repair. Before assembly each individual core was pressure tested to make sure they are leak free before final assembly into the tanks & sideframe assemblies. After the complete radiator was assembled the entire assembly was pressure tested to make sure it is leak free & ready for another round of service.
