Here’s some before, during & after pics of some Caterpillar number 2W-5540 folded radiator cores we’re rebuilding. This set is out of a 793C haul truck radiator which takes sixty of these 2W5540 cores. Each core has two brass tanks which we remove for rodding out the tubes to give each section a complete rod & repair.
