Here are some pics of a 793C Caterpillar Radiator we delivered back to our customers mine site. The radiator consists of sixty individual folded radiator cores. Each radiator core received a rod & repair & individually pressure tested. After the entire radiator assembly is completed the complete radiator is pressure tested as a complete unit. After passing the pressure test it was loaded onto one of our trailers & delivered back to the mine for stock in their inventory & ready to be mated with a rebuilt engine for another round of service.
