Caterpillar 793C Mining Haul Truck Folded Core Radiator Rebuilding Service

Here’s some pics of a Caterpillar 793C mining haul truck radiator we rebuilt. All sixty of the individual folded radiator cores were disassembled & given a rod & repair. Each core was individually pressure tested before being assembled into the tanks & side frames. After the radiator is completely assembled it is pressure tested as a complete unit before delivery back to the mine site.
