Here are some before, during & after pics of a Caterpillar 793F MESABI Radiator Cooling Package Module we reconditioned. Along with the MESABI radiator, which is the heart of this cooling module, are two aluminum aftercoolers, an ac condenser & lots of electrical & turbo charge lines. The fan blade, hydraulic fan motor & thermostatic control valve were all removed for cleaning & repairing before being reinstalled into the cooling module. All pieces & parts of the entire cooling system module are completely rebuilt with all necessary repairs. The complete cooling module assembly makes for an easier & quicker drop-in cooling package for the mechanics to be able to get the truck back up & running sooner than if they had to do all the cooling system assembly themselves.
