Here are some before, during & after pics of a Caterpillar 793F Radiator Module Cooling Package we overhauled. The radiator itself is a Mesabi. Each individual Mesabi radiator tube was removed for cleaning & reconditioning. All the other cooling system components were cleaned, repaired as needed, pressure tested & painted before final assembly. We rebuild the 793F cooling system as a complete drop-in module assembly which saves the mine site considerable time for installation which translates into the haul truck getting back online & hauling material as quickly as possible.
