Here’s some pics of a Caterpillar 793F Mesabi radiator we’re finishing up the rebuild and overhaul to. Today we sunk the radiator in our test tank to put it through a rigorous pressure test to make sure it doesn’t leak. After passing the pressure test it will move on to the assembly area to get all the external parts installed to it to complete the cooling system module assembly.
