Here’s some pics of a Mesabi radiator we did a complete rebuild & overhaul to. The radiator is off of a Caterpillar 793F mining haul truck. This radiator has just under eight hundred individual Mesabi radiator tubes. We removed each tube for cleaning & reconditioning. After we assembled the complete radiator with all new rubber grommet seals we pressure tested it to ensure it has no leaks.
