Here are some pics of a Caterpillar 834H RTD, Rubber Tire or Wheel Dozer, blade stabilizer we reconditioned. The blade stabilizer is often referred to as an A-Frame as well. The two bores on the arms always require boring to get them perfectly round before welding the bores up & then machining them back to the OE spec size. The bore on the narrow end needs to be machined, or bored, oversize until they are perfectly round, then welded up & bored, or machined back to the OE spec, or size, for the new bushings. Once all three bores are back to spec the new bushings can be installed & they are ready to support new pins for another round of service.
