Here’s some before & after pics of a Caterpillar 950H radiator cooling package we rebuilt. The main cooling system components consist of a plastic aluminum radiator assembly, an all aluminum aftercooler, & an aluminum hydraulic oil cooler. The radiator, aftercooler & oil cooler were all three cleaned & flushed internally & externally before being pressure tested & repaired accordingly. After all repairs were completed each component was final pressure tested to ensure there were zero leaks. Final assembly of the complete module was done with the replacement of all consumable & wearable pieces & parts.
