Here are some before & after pics of a 988 Caterpillar loader radiator we overhauled. The radiator came in for an overheating issue as well as a leak. We completely disassembled the radiator so we could rod out all of the canted tubes in the radiator core. The tanks & side braces got thermal cleaned & blasted. We made some new rubber impregnated cork gaskets to seal between the headers of the core & the radiator inlet & outlet tanks. A final pressure test insured that the radiator is leak free & ready for another round of service.
