Here are some progress pics of the Caterpillar 994K Loader Hardnose we’re doing a complete overhaul & rebuild to. The twenty five individual aluminum AMOCS radiator cores have been removed, cleaned, repaired & pressure tested before being reinstalled into the hardnose. Once all the radiator cores are installed the system is pressure tested to make sure there aren’t any leaks. After the radiator section passes the pressure test we will begin installing the rest of the cooling system components.
