Here are some before & after pics of a Caterpillar D10T2 radiator we rebuilt. The radiator is a Modine CGT (Copper Grommeted Tube) type radiator that has individual copper tubes. A good majority of the tubes in this radiator were damaged as well as the fins completely flattened from debris being thrown at it from the fan. We removed all the tubes & rubber grommet seals. The tubes that could be salvaged were reconditioned while the heavily damaged tubes were replaced. All new upper & lower rubber grommet seals were installed into the top & bottom tanks before the copper tubes were all reinstalled. A fresh coat of paint & a final pressure test to ensure it has zero leaks & it is ready for another round of service.
